Ya'at'ee'h. We are still walking and We went to the Brookville powow in Indiana. Special thanks to Albert Running Wolf who took good care of us, and we are currently at Vinny Yarochowicz home in Castine Ohio visiting with him and will start walking from Cincinnati Ohio in a couple of days. We are working on getting more transportation for the journey ahead. Thank you brothers for taking care of us. AHO!!

Yup Yup Yup! we are heading into chicago today. It was a great Powow that Josie Dykas and Rod Green Grass put on for us. thanks to all that help make this happen, especially to people that have been praying for us. We made it to Mole Lake Casino today. We are looking for a Van or trailor or both. Our driver for the luggage and gear went home this morning. We're in Lower Brule now and had a good sweat and purified ourselves. We are ready to move to Pierre tomorrow. I hope all our supports are well and safe. We'll keep you updated again. We are in Rosebud, and walking to Mission which is about 12 miles. Runners will be running from Mission to Carter, the reZ border. Lower Brule is sending runners to help us run from Reliance to Lower Brule SD. Schedule was change because we wanted to support the soberity Walk to White Clay and the Elderly occupation. Schedule will be change but we'll keep posting. Some place we don't have phone receptions or internet but I'll try to keep posted. thank you for supporting Longest Walk 3. Chris F

We made it to Wanblee and staying at the High School gym. The elders occupation donated 350$. They don't have much but they gave what they can, because they got encouraged by LWNR3 going to support them. They gave out of their hearts because they want us to make it to DC they said. SD is a poor reservation. It means a lot to us and we didn't expect anything from them. All we wanted to do was support them.

Good Morning. It's a another beautiful day in SD. Today I have to ask for gas funding because we are running very low. We have enough to make a few stops from here. We re-routed because we wanted to support White Clay and the Elders. We have 3691 friends. If each give 20$we may be able to make it to DC. We appreciate the comments tho. Walked into Pine Ridge and circled up at the 4-way in the middle of Pine Ridge. Today we walked to White Clay and circled up again outside of town. Then walked all the way in and turned around on the other side of town and walked by to Pine Ridge. We prayed for the people that are bond by alcoholism. Tomorrow we head to see the Elders in Porcupine. Very interesting place. I'll keep you posted. lateZ Chris F

We are in Rapid City now. We are staying at Thomas Cheyenne's home and Treesa Blue Bird. Powow is at 5pm at the Central High School in Rapid City. Marching into Rapid City on Monday with community. We are well and getting stronger!!!!

Ya'at'ee'h, We are spending the night in Lodge Grass Mt now. Tomorrow we will start 5 miles outside of Hardin and run into Lame Deer Mt. It will be an honor to have the Cheyenne runners join us. We made it to Bozeman and resting. 4 Runners coming from Kentucky along with State Coordinator Kylo from Indiana. We will be running again tomorrow. We finished off 20 miles and walk 10 miles into Bozeman Mt.Tomorrow we will be running towards Billing Mt. Have a good nite. Chris F

We are having a Round Dance tonight and tomorrow we will be moving on to Bozeman Mt. Thanks to the community of Helena Mt. They have been good to us and we appreciate all the support. Tomorrow the rally at the capital for diabetes and hopefully visit more schools. The Indian Alliance of Helena Mt threw a dinner in honor of the LW tonight. We ran with the kids again and we covered about 45 miles. Tomorrow We will cover the rest of the 20 miles to Helena. We ran with a group of kids from Missoula, half way to Helena Mt. Tomorrow is another day to finish the miles to Helena. We are staying at the Indian Center. The Round Dance will be at Mt. Good evening people. We made it safely to Arlee Mt and will be spending the nite at Diana Cote's place in Arlee Mt. Dinner was at Cecil and Becky Crawfore in Missuoula. The beef stew was good and the bannock bread was great. Thank you for dinner and having us spent the night. We will be back in Missoula tomorrow for the LW dinner at the Missoula Indian Center.

Today is our day off from all the hard work we put in and we are going to continue to enjoy the Nez Perce commuity. They're beautiful people. The young people have been running laps for us during their PE hour and the community have been walking on their own time to help add on miles for us cross the Lolo Pass. The Lolo Pas is dangerous and narrow from we heard so that will helps us get across safely. Aho!!!!

We visited the Elementary, Jr High and High Schools in Lapwai Idaho. It was a pleasure to speak to the kids about the dangers of diabetes. Especially the Elementary students, they had a lot of questions and they listened very well. Thank you for allowing us to speak in your schools. Aho! Chris F

We will be talking with the youth in the Elementary, JR High and High School today. Nez Perce have a lot of humor and are very cool people. It was an honor to have dinner with them last night at the Community building. We met so many people. Thank you all. Chris F

We walked from the Clearwater Casino to Lapwai Community Center today. We were joined by youth and elders from the community. They invited us to a potlatch at the Community Center. Thank you Nez Perce tribe for your hospitality. Thank you for welcoming us into your territory. Aho!

We ran 29 miles from Dayton WA to Pomeroy WA with 4 runners today, Carl Bad Bear, Chris Martin, Craig Luther and Christopher Francisco. We are now resting in Lapwai Idaho at the Clearwater Casino Hotel room 208. We are still looking for runners to help us run from Pomeroy to Lapwai Idaho it's about 45 miles. We walk 43 miles today, and we are about 10 miles pass Dayton going to Lapwai Idaho. We only have 8 walkers and runners. If anyone in Lapwai would like to help walk or run us into your community let us know. We welcome all support. Tomorrow we are moving our base camp to Lapwai.
